Law firm Nomika Kadaň
Law firm Nomika was established by separating of two lawyers from a successful Prague law firm. Our lawyers have experience, longtime practice, enthusiasm and individual approach. Vision of the law firm is to provide clients with professional legal services, superior communication and personal care.
Our lawyers have had a range of successfully negotiated transactions and won cases, they are members of professional legal societies, they lecture at Charles University and publish professional articles.
We are seated in Kadan, which is a small town in the north-west Bohemia, nowadays the most industrial part of the Czech Republic. We also co-operate with a Prague law firm so we can also provide legal advice there.
What we do
Commercial law
We will prepare or review your business contracts, we will recover outstanding invoices, or we will represent you in difficult disputes.
Corporate law
We will establish a business company of any kind for you, or we will make necessary changes in it.
Labour law
We will prepare basic labour law documents (employment contracts, notices of termination). We represent employers and employees in court or in front of the state authorities. We review or create work rules or internal regulations.
Real estates
We will prepare a contract of sale, donation or rent an apartment or real estate, including escrow, which is absolutely necessary in case of real estate sale.
Compensation for the damage
We represent patients and other victims in the matter of compensation for damage to health.

We are aware of our social responsibility,
and because of that our attorney Petr Veselý is member of Pro Bono Aliance (www.probonoaliance.cz) and represents for free some clients who are in need, e.g. representation of blind spouses in the case of a child adoption:
